Where will I meet the driver at the airport?
Your driver will be waiting for you at the arrival gate, holding a sign with your name.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your booking up to 12 hours before the scheduled pick up time by calling the emergency phone number printed on your booking confirmation email.
Is the price per person, or per vehicle?
For Private Transfer: The prices quoted are per vehicle, not per person For shared Shuttle: the prices quoted are per person
What if my flight is delayed?
Your flight will be monitored for delays and your reservation will be updated to the new flight time (subject to availability).
Are there any extra charges?
Our prices are fixed and fully inclusive. The price you see is the price you pay. No hidden charges.
What happens if I cannot find the driver?
You can call the supplier local phone number indicated on the confirmation email. Lines are active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Payment Method
The standard payment method is by cash to the driver. The credit card details you provided during the booking procedure will be used to confirm and guarantee your booking, but no amount will be charged on it.
