Obviously we need to establish your holiday details to ensure your taxi is waiting for the correct flight and knows which hotel to take you to. Your telephone/Email address are required in order to send your booking voucher and contact you in the unlikely event of any changes prior to departure. We need your address to assist in processing your credit card transaction as proof of authentication helping prevent any potential fraudulent activity. The Credit card details will be handled securely to ensure confidentiality. The personal data collected will not be disclosed or communicated to third parties who have no right to use them, therefore they can be forwarded to local suppliers only according to the correct execution of the transfer, furthermore the credit card details will be communicated to local suppliers only in case of “no show” on your part.
