By making a booking with Transfers Rome Civitavecchia online, by phone or email, you confirm that you have read, understand and accept the following conditions.
In these booking conditions references to ‘you’ and ‘your’ and ‘passenger(s)’ include the person named on the booking and all persons on whose behalf a booking is made or any other person to whom a booking is transferred.
It is your responsibility to provide the correct and accurate information for the Supplier to fulfill the transfer:
a)You must check the pick-up and destination addresses, in case there are multiple addresses, terminals or hotels with the same name in the area.
b) You must provide more specific details in the Additional Information field (e.g. Conference hall exit number, factory gate letter, information about security gate entry procedure, advice about an unmarked entryway to the back of the building, etc.), if the pick-up location is not evident.
c) You must use the correct local time when making the booking.
d) You must provide Transfers-Rome-Civitavecchia.com with the relevant information about your arriving connection (e.g. flight number / ship name / train route, etc.).
e) If your connection is cancelled, or you have missed it, it is your responsibility to update your altered travel plans to Transfers-Rome-Civitavecchia.com Customer Support, or cancel the booking yourself.
Transfers-Rome-Civitavecchia.com is not responsible for failed pick-ups, if the details you provide on your booking are incorrect or insufficient. When travelling to another country, you must make sure the pick-up time is in the correct local time. If you make a booking for a transfer, which is subject to a connecting arrival, it is your responsibility to provide Transfers-Rome-Civitavecchia.com with the necessary details about the arriving connection.
If you are not aboard the connecting transfer you specified, it is your responsibility to inform Transfers-Rome-Civitavecchia.com about your altered travel plans, or to cancel the booking yourself.
It is your responsibility to reserve enough time to get to your destination:
a) Transfers-Rome-Civitavecchia.com shall not be held responsible for any delay, modification or cancellation of service caused by unpredictable circumstances beyond the transportation service provider’s control, such as normal or heavy traffic, accidents suffered by third parties on the transfer route, acts of terrorism, strikes, police checkpoints, extreme weather conditions, detours, natural disasters, road maintenance, etc.
You must choose the pick – up early enough to accommodate any type of delay.
Transfers-Rome-Civitavecchia.com is not responsible for your time constrains. Any time estimate given to you by Transfers-Rome-Civitavecchia.com.com booking site, or Customer Service is for indicative purposes only.
Transfers-Rome-Civitavecchia.com will not be held responsible for any missed transfer connections, or other time constrains. Your travel plan must be flexible enough for you to make other travel arrangement in such an unlikely event that the Supplier is unable to fulfill the transfer.
Transfers-Rome-Civitavecchia.com’s liability is limited only to the value of your booking and will not cover any other expenses incurred.
It is your responsibility to provide Transfers-Rome-Civitavecchia.com with valid contact information where you can be reached in case there are important updates regarding your booking:
a) Email. This is needed for sending you the booking confirmation messages, non-urgent service updates and the receipt for your credit card payment.
b) Phone number. This is required in case there is an urgent need for our Customer Service to contact you.
c) It is critically important that you can communicate with the Supplier and Customer Service at the time of pick-up.
It is your responsibility to have a telephone at your disposal, which is functional and switched on at the time of pick-up. Transfers-Rome-Civitavecchia.com will not be responsible for any inconvenience, or failure, which is caused because you don’t contact Supplier or Transfers-Rome-Civitavecchia.com, or you cannot be contacted with the telephone number you have provided.
Transfers-Rome-Civitavecchia.com is not responsible for any inconvenience, or failure, caused by incorrect or otherwise invalid contact information you provided.
If you have not received an email from us about your booking within 24 hours of placing the order, it is your responsibility to contact Transfers-Rome-Civitavecchia.com, or the Affiliate Partner through which the transportation was purchased (e.g. travel agent, airline, hotel, etc.), to ensure that you will receive all the necessary information about your booking.When you get our confirmation email, check if the details transfer are correct. After you must respond to the email with a confirmation of your reading and acceptance our email confirmation, to finalize the booking.
Make sure the passenger and the luggage capacity of the vehicle you selected is sufficient for your need:
a) Check the maximum number of the passengers the vehicle is allowed to carry.
b) Check the maximum number of luggage the vehicle is guaranteed to carry.
Transfers-Rome-Civitavecchia.com or the Supplier is not responsible for any inconvenience, or failure, caused by you booking a vehicle, which does not match your needs. The maximum passenger capacity cannot be exceeded. The maximum luggage capacity is a recommendation for guaranteed passenger comfort. In the event you wish to exceed the recommended luggage capacity, any inconvenience experienced is your responsibility (e.g. having to travel with your luggage in the cabin).
The driver will have the right to deny the transfer of any hazardous or otherwise unsuitable luggage based on the local road and traffic safety regulations, or to protect the car from damage. In case the service is denied due to such luggage, pets, or extra passengers, the booking will be charged in full, regardless of whether the passenger is able to use the transfer or not.
Transfers-Rome-Civitavecchia.com or the Supplier will not be responsible for delivering any such service, which is not specified in writing on the Booking Confirmation Email.
Special needs and requirements which are not acknowledged in the booking voucher, e.g. child seat, pets, extra large luggage, wheel chair, detour, extra waiting time etc. have not been included in the price you have paid.
The driver might ask you for a verification of your booking (e.g. your booking number). It is your responsibility to be able to present the Booking Confirmation Email with all the necessary travel information if needed.
Transfers-Rome-Civitavecchia.com is not responsible if you are denied service, in the event you are unable to provide the necessary verification when needed.
Check the Booking Confirmation Email before you travel, check the booking details, your contact details, and the vehicle capacity in case your travel plans, or contact details, have changed since you made the booking. If satisfied everything is correct, print out, or have your Booking Confirmation Email at hand on your mobile device when travelling.
You must have a functional telephone, which is switched on at the time of the pick-up. In the unlikely event that you do not make contact with your driver, it is your responsibility to contact the number as specified on your Booking Confirmation Email. If you leave the pick-up location without being advised to do so, you will be charged in full as a no-show.
Transfers-Rome-Civitavecchia.com will not be responsible for any inconvenience, or failure, if you do not make use of the contact number you have been provided with. It is your responsibility to be on time and at the correct pickup location as specified in the Booking Confirmation Email. In the event you are unable to find the car, or the driver, it is your responsibility to immediately contact to the number specified on your Booking Confirmation Email. If you leave the pick-up location without being advised to do so either by the Transfers-Rome-Civitavecchia.com Customer Service, or the Supplier, your booking will be charged in full as a no-show.
Any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g. lost luggage, held by the customs, etc.) are not included in the price you have paid. In such circumstances it is your responsibility to make contact and agree on being charged for extra waiting time, or the car will leave and you will be charged in full as a no-show.
Driver Maximum waiting time for Private Transfers:
a) Pick-ups from airports: 70 minutes from the actual flight arrival time (as showed on airport/cruise terminal information monitors). After this time, will be considered it as a “no show” case, and a cancellation fee (100% of the booked service price) will be charged. If you have problems with baggage claim or at customs, it is advisable to notify the driver immediately. If possible the driver will wait for you for over 70 minutes at a cost of 35 euros / h. (If this is not possible, after 70 minutes the driver will leave the airport and you will be charged the full amount of the transfer.)
b) Pick-ups from any other location: 20 minutes from the arranged pick-up time. After this time, if the driver is not contacted by you, will be considered it as a “no show” case, and cancellation fee (100% of the booked service price) will be charged.
Driver Maximum waiting time for Shared Transfers:
a) Pick-ups from airports: 50 minutes from the actual flight arrival time (as showed on airport/cruise terminal information monitors). After this time, if the driver is not contacted by you, will be considered it as a “no show” case, and a cancellation fee (100% of the booked service price) will be charged.
b) Pick-ups from any other location: 15 minutes from the arranged pick-up time. After this time, if the driver is not contacted by you, will be considered it as a “no show” case, and cancellation fee (100% of the booked service price) will be charged.
Customers Maximum waiting time for Shared Transfers
In case of hotel pick up maximum waiting time 30 minutes
In case of FCO APT pick up maximum waiting time 50 minutes
In case of Civitavecchia Port pick up maximum waiting time 20 minute.
The withdrawal on the credit card of the “no show” service will be made directly by the local supplier.
Transfers-Rome-Civitavecchia.com and the Supplier reserves the right to deny the service if the passengers do not conduct themselves in an orderly fashion, or if there are risks to the cleanliness and the safety of the vehicle and the driver.
Transfers-Rome-Civitavecchia.com and the Supplier will not be responsible to fulfill the transfer if the passengers are intoxicated, or otherwise disorderly. The driver will have the right to deny the service if there is a risk of damage to the car by the passengers, their luggage, or their pets. In case the service is denied due to such circumstances, the booking will be charged in full.
a) Use safety belts
b) Do not smoke in the vehicle
c) You do not have to dirty or damage to the vehicle
The standard payment method is by cash to the driver.
You can also pay with credit card to the driver, with an addition of 10% to the total (+ 10% tax).
The credit card details you provided during the booking procedure will be used to confirm and guarantee your booking, but no amount will be charged on it.
The credit card can be charged, without notice, for any penalties according to this Regulation and to cover any expenses in case the vehicle is damaged by the customer.
You acknowledge and confirm that the credit card number provided during the booking procedure is yours and that it contains sufficient coverage for the booked service.

- Changes and Cancellations:
a) You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 12 hours prior to the pick-up time.
b) When you make a booking through Transfers-Rome-Civitavecchia.com you enter in to an agreement between you and the Supplier. Any change to your reservation subject to successful negotiation between you and the Supplier.
The Supplier is only responsible to carry out your transfer as stated in the Confirmation Email.
If you wish to make last minute changes to your booking such as, change the pick-up date, change the pick-up time, change the vehicle or alter the route, you must call the number on your Confirmation Email.
The rate accepted at the time of booking may change depending on the supplier, however all changes will be communicated before the transfer.

Transfers-Rome-Civitavecchia.com and the service provider cannot be held liable for delays, modifications or cancellation of service caused by unforeseeable circumstances beyond the service provider’s control, such as accidents suffered by third parties on the transfer route, normal or abnormal traffic, strikes, acts of terrorism, police checkpoints, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, detours, road maintenance, etc.
